Agency: Benjamin Watts Design Client: Grayson Perry's Art Club Role: Design and Art Direction Brief: During lockdown Grayson Perry hosted an Art Show on TV encouraging viewers to submit artworks based on the theme of Travel. Whilst Maps are often used to navigate when travelling, given we were in lockdown I was very aware of how limited a distance we could travel. So I created a full scale A0 Ordnance Survey Map of South London but only showing the area I had been allowed to travel within during lockdown. The emptiness of the Map and the small area highlight just how restrictive an unusual this time in our lives was.
